The reformer includes:

- Springs: 1 light (yellow), 2 medium (green), 2 strong (red).
- A cotton handles: 1 set of double handles for hands and feet, 1 set of single handles for feet and 1 set of padded handles.
- Adjustable foot strap.
- 1 set of pulley ropes.
- Includes the jump table and the box.

The tower includes:
